We do not sell a To-Do-List - Engineering Service specialists are happy to initiate and execute each project action to ensure minimal disruption for your team. From performing time studies and reducing changeover and setup time to deep analytical research into material and product specs, scouring equipment manuals or online documentation for operating instructions and troubleshooting, designing clear and helpful visual aids, implementing a new organizational system, or even building right-sized shelves and carts, creating training materials, training all shifts on new methods, etc.

Initial Diagnostic Factory X-Ray is priced so that we can offer a 10:1 Return on Investment. We aim to find at least $50,000 in losses or waste, so most manufacturers find the $5,000 diagnostic phase to be the best investment of the year.
Ongoing support is available at $3,500 per month.
An optional 12 month annual service plan reduces the monthly rate by $650, down to just $2,850/month.
Annual Plan = $34,200 per year; that’s about half the rate of an entry level engineer.
